Woodmen of the World / Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society

Travis and Doris Horrell Woodmen of the World/Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society is a nonprofit, fraternal benefit society committed to our members, their families and their communities.

Founded in 1890, Woodmen is one of the largest fraternal benefit societies in the United States, offering insurance protection with member benefits. Woodmen's insurance products include whole life, flexible premium life, term life, and hospital supplement insurance, cancer insurance, long term care insurance and annuities. Mutual Funds and other investment products are available through Woodmen Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary.

The Society's 825,000 members belong to 2,500 lodges throughout the United States. Woodmen lodges conduct fraternal projects of benefit to members and their communities. These projects include presenting U.S. flags to civic and community organizations; donating equipment to police, fire and rescue units; providing assistance to senior citizens, the physically impaired and orphans; and providing assistance through our disaster relief program with the American Red Cross.
